Birdwood Avenue

PACKED AND LOADED

These three dwellings are cutting edge design. Located in the heart of Dandenong, these dwellings capture a mixture of modern and traditional. By respecting the context, integrating warmer building materials and adorned with modern elements such as shrouds and corner windows, these dwellings become the highlight of the neighbourhood. Each dwelling features multiple living spaces, adequately sized kitchen and dining area and each have direct access to the interior from the garage.

Pakenham Marketplace – Daniels Dry Cleaning

PRACTICAL AND CONTEMPORARY

Located in Pakenham’s Marketplace, Daniels Dry Cleaning had the ultimate makeover. Transforming this outdated space into a fresh and inviting environment. The new interior design involved repainting the walls and featuring NewTechWood Castellation cladding UH61 in Canadian Cedar. The interior is now contemporary and fresh, as it welcomes new customers into the store.

McLean Crescent

CUBIC AND BOLD

Located in the heart of Dandenong, this home is a show-stopper. With its bold and iconic façade, it features several adequately sized living and dining areas, a study retreat and an alfresco area, perfect for summer dining. This home has a spacious kitchen and butler’s pantry. Each bedroom on the first floor have access to an ensuite and walk in robes. Each space within this home is filled with light and ventilation.

Harries Court

EXTRAVAGANT AND LAVISH

The ultimate luxurious home. This opulent residence is situated in a prime location within Narre Warren North. It features an impressive, ultra-modern façade, four balconies, two to the rear and two to the front façade. This lavish home takes full advantage of the ½ acre block, with an oasis swimming pool and spa, surrounded by lush landscape and decking, vast outdoor entertainment areas, and an extravagant kitchen and butler’s pantry. It also showcases two epic voids and floor to ceiling glazing. The concept of this home was to highlight key areas of the home both inside and out.

Rainwater Drive, Lyndhurst

FRESH TAKE ON A FAMILY HOME

Located in a newly developed estate, our client dreamed of a home that was modern, spacious enough to cater for his growing family and had interesting curb appeal. This home features a front balcony, accessed by an upstairs living room, 5 adequately sized bedrooms and a stunning kitchen.

Basten Avenue, Sunshine

CONTEMPORARY, CUBIC AND CURRENT

This design provides spacious living, open plan dining and living areas, with our integral feature – our internal courtyard, all of which flows seamlessly into the alfresco area located at the rear of this family home.

Upstairs this design features an impressive master bedroom, fixed with a spacious walk-in robe and a luxurious ensuite. A large rumpus room and balcony completes the upstairs space, surrounded by additional bedrooms that also feature robes and ensuites.

Gallant Drive, Clyde North

A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON MODERN LIVING
Located in a premium estate, this custom build focuses on providing a sense of comfortability, warmth and an experience. Our client expressed to us that segregated living and modern elements were important to them. From this brief, combined with our expertise with segregated living, we were able to produce a unique home with an integrated courtyard and generous living spaces that maximised on natural light and views.

Daintree Grove, Narre Warren

KITCHENS ARE THE HEART OF THE HOME
The brief was to transform an outdated kitchen into a light, fresh and modern space that can be utilised by the family. The clients were focused on maximising storage and openness; therefore, we were able to take them through the design by creating a spacious and practical kitchen.

Macpherson Street

EASY LIVING TOWNHOUSES
Townhouses become a practical solution if one considers investing in property. Our client was in this situation, they dreamed of building contemporary townhouses within the suburb of Dandenong. Once the design was finalised our clients opted to live in one of the units purely because of the way we had designed it. These homes are practical, fresh, well ventilated and focus on honouring privacy and orientation.

Watergardens Circuit

A BIG HUMBLE HOME
The brief for the client was to design a home that could cater for his large family in the beautiful and upcoming suburb of Lyndhurst. The clients requested a traditional home façade with a modern and fresh interior. Upon entry the homeowners are greeted with a large and light filled void that encapsulates a grand essence. Originally, they were after a minimum of 5 bedrooms with shared bathrooms however we were able to provide 6 adequately sized bedrooms with private ensuites.

Springfield Drive

A LUXURY HOME FOR A LARGE FAMILY
Another sizeable site, situated in the heart of Narre Warren, this brief was to design home on a grand and luxurious scale that also tailors the need for segregation, privacy, and highlights views. This home features an opulent void upon entry, and stunning open stairs that leadsthe eye to an oasis pool and decking located in the rear, surrounded by lush landscape. The concept for this home was to keep the interior minimal and allow key moments to shine.

Angus Drive

CONTEMPORARY AND CUTTING EDGE DESIGN

Located in a prime spot within the City of Monash, our clients requested a contemporary design, suited for their family. This home features a striking façade with spacious living and dining areas, along with a modern open plan kitchen. The first floor contains 4 large bedrooms with a rumpus area that directly links to the downstairs with an open void. This home was also designed with the integration of Feng Shui design principles.

Brundrett Rd

STRUCTURED AND DULUXE

This luxurious home,is situated in the prime location of Narre Warren North. It features an impressively exuberant, linear façade, along with a third level for view taking. The residential proposal was requested by the client to be constructed of concrete in its entirety. This bold move will intend to highlight the raw material in its most pure and rigid form. This lavish home will also take full advantage of the 4,030 m² block, with an oasis swimming pool and spa, surrounded by lush landscape and decking, vast outdoor entertainment areas, all to compliment several extravagant kitchens and a full-size butler’s pantry. This home is more than exclusive, as it also showcases epic voids and floor to ceiling glazing. The concept of this home was to highlight key areas of the home both inside and out.
